Gotta love that she can't define what an assault weapon is, but previously put her name on an amicus brief supporting assault weapon bans in Cook county Illinois, which the 7th circuit has a ton of 2A cases in front of it right now challenging these bans. Icing on the cake is when questioned about this she tried to use the excuse is was 10 years ago, and she didn't write or research the brief.

So in the 10 years since then she hasn't decided what she thinks an assault weapon is, yet feels she's qualified to sit on cases where this will definitely come up???

TBH I'm not surprised a Biden nominated judge wasn't able or didn't want to give their definition of something they'll likely be presiding over in cases considering he also nominated a SCOTUS justice that couldn't define what a woman is.
