For the vacuum sealer guys

Who think they are the same as a chamber sealer .

when’s the last time you put up soup ? 

Big pot of fresh NJ corn chowder put up .

While I have figured out a way to do it with vaccuum sealer it still makes a mess and is a pain

I have a ton of soups in my freezer.  I just dump some in a zip loc freezer bag and throw it in the box.

nice. im gonna look into chamber sealers. im still not happy with vacuum sealers. i think they are over rated.

I have a VAC MASTER  215.

at Tracey’s we have an Avid Armour USV32.

both have worked great , the vacmaster is built to last lifetimes , but it’s a very heavy machine that needs to stay on the counter .

‘The Av 32 is much lighter, so can be moved around easier .

it works great , but the vac master is the Cadillac

No prob , 

great recipe , 2nd day it’s 10 times better . Can really taste the sweet corn in the broth .
