Another catch and cook dinner. I know I repeat myself, but these Marinated Venison Cheese Steaks are one of my favorites.

I did the same tonight.  I usually chip the meat but I more shaved it on the slicer this time and it was fantastic.  I didn't take pics though.

This was the first time I tried to slice venison thin enough on my meat slicer to make meat especially for cheese steaks. I bought the paper and all. I packaged and froze the slices just like they do with Steakums. I am very happy with the results.

Nothing special, Worcestershire sauce and some beef flavored bouillon.
