No one butchers a deer, including skinning, cutting, deboning, removing blue membrane, grinding and vac packing and then cleaning up in two hrs. Vac packing can take an hour or more

Tracey and I do a whole large deer in under 2 hours

and we trim way more silver skin than any butcher is from our meat we are grinding .

we use a chamber sealer for everything .

Last thing we do is grind

and she cleans the grinder while I’m sealing the ground meat .

No it’s an hour a piece

2 hours total

If you seal 15 bags it will take you 15 minutes, providing it’s already set up. So you have about 45 minutes to skin, break it down, debone, cut it to portions including trimming and removal of silver skin and let’s not forget grinding. All that in 45 minutes ?

Not with the vacmaster it doesn’t

if we did it with the AA32 it would take longer because that machine will overheat with constant use .

grinding twice with the big grinder is quick

even if we only use the one HP grinder it’s still fast

only time I go slower is if I’m caping a deer to be taxidermied because tube the front legs instead of cutting the hairline .

skinning is quick because I always do them within an hour or two of harvest .

or if we wanted to grind shanks . As they could be time consuming . But we kept shanks whole

It takes one minute to seal one bag. How long does it take on your machine ?
