Thresher 3 ways

Gave away a lot of Thresher to friends & family.  Cooked up some 3 ways, (only pics of 2).  Did what Lphunsjr did & made the Kabobs....out of this world (kids ate all the shark & not the vegetables...lol, cooked the shark on its own skewer).  Fried up some nuggets for the kids....awesome & made Thresher Teriyaki ....oh my god!  I dont eat lots of seafood but this is in a class all its own.   Thresher is one I will eat.  Been a while since I had it & now became one of the families favorite.

That looks very good! We went out yesterday targeting thresher but only hooked a couple of blue sharks.  No dinner for me.
