Tactacam Reveal - resetting date and time

For some reason my camera started showing the sales date and time for all pictures and then it stopped working.   I replaced the batteries and now it works fine but all pictures are showing same date and time.  I brought it back to  the house and put it into setup mode and then pressed the reset button for 10 seconds and it rebooted.   However it is still showing same date and time on the pics.  Any idea how to fix that?

I did that and it’s still showing same date and same time for all pictures

What model Tactacam ?  I had an XB that was doing that . Called them up with the problem , they told there was firmware update for the problem . Did the update and it took care of the issue .

Thanks for info , sucks cameras are in 3 different states to need to pull them for firmware updates when they aren’t even a year old

Make sure if something good shows up you get your 2106 hunting license and buck stub so your legal ..

date/time correct is correct on my PRO, I never did the update
