Centerpoint limb just broke

Sitting in my blind with a centerpoint sniper 370 crossbow and hear a pop sound and see a big splinter on the edge of one of my limbs. They have a 5 year warranty so I'll have to see if I can find the paperwork from purchase. Anyone deal with getting replacement limbs from centerpoint?

Guess my hunt is over.

Just call them tomorrow and ask for a new front end, they are good with that....last year same thing like yours happen to my 415, then sent me a front end, re-sighted it in a few days later shot my buck

A friend of mine last week shot his 415 and the limbs cracked, they are sending a new front end he maybe getting the 425 front end cause they don't have the 415 front ends in stock as it's a discontinued model

Not sure how close you are but The Rack Shack in buena/Winslow was doing rentals to keep hunters up and running if they had a bow or equipment issue. May get you in the woods if you don’t have a back up until it gets fixed

Thanks for the heads up but I have a few compounds I normally hunt with. Only use a crossbow out of my one groundblind so I don't use it much. The windows on that blind don't work well for a verticle bow. I'll just have to use a compound if i hunt that blind and watch for clearance issues until I get the limb replaced.

I never registered it but pretty sure I have the paperwork from when I bought it. I'll look tomorrow and see if I can find it then I'll give them a call.

Join the club, several people have had Centerpoints screw them at the worst of times… mid-season. Hopefully you get it fixed quick

Last year October 20th while in my stand did the same as shown here, called CP,  they overnight shipped a front end. UPS showed up at 10am, by 1130am she was sighted in

Its crazy how many issues I see with crossbows!  Never heard of any issues with compounds!

The limbs are under extreme pressure when cocked and could be for hours....many crossbow companies say not to have them cocked for more then 8 hrs

Please Make sure to always tighten the foot stirrup.   It has a habit of loosening up from recoil.  Could pull out while cocking 

 

I put a set of limp dampers between the spits as well.
