This week has been very slow with bears, I assume cause of the prolong heat wave, normally get at least 2 or 3 pictures per day

That’s done by now Nick .  Normally late May to early July with June being the main month for breeding .

We are at their peak now. I spent many years (18 to be exact) driving around the area and always saw the most daytime activity between mid July - mid August

Agree to disagree . My cams were popping mostly in June with boars following sows .  Have had none of that the last 2 to 3 weeks . But there are always exceptions .
