Venison Stuffed Red Peppers with Tomato Sauce and Potatoes

This was dinner last night,Venison stuffed peppers,  I was going to post it then but was so stuffed I fell asleep. IT WAS GOOD.

Once again, shows the versatility of Ground Venison. I had a whole deer made into Ground except for backstraps and inner loins. It was even cheaper than doing a variety cut.

Stuffed peppers with venison is one of the best recipes I have for ground venison. I absolutely love it.

I do the same thing except I have the backstraps cut into bone in chops everything else ground meat.
