i got the same thing Here  first they say Yes than NO.  WTF ?  thats New Jersey for ya .not a first time experience for sure ,

It's not the state it's the cheap ass company that they hired to take care of this. The lowest bidder isn't always the best option when most of your budget comes from sales and the company you hire has done nothing but screw up

Just spoke to someone at NJ Fish and Wildlife and they said there is a system error and they are fixing it. No idea what "fixing it" means, but they said to call back in about and hour.

I received the first e-mail stating I was a winner in the lottery and now a second stating I was unsuccessful. I checked the states web site and it said I did win. I will be claiming it soon.
