How many are still hunting deer?

i held off shooting a deer all year waiting for the right one. the ol lady said she wants me to mace more jerkey and slimjims so i will probally go out soon with bow to put a doe down

I am pretty much done for the season. Filling feeders and checking cameras is all I have done for the past couple of weeks. A couple of my better buck have shed as with the scrubs that come around. I wish I could take another doe off my land but the last hunter had it so cleaned I have been giving doe the pass. I limited myself to one doe off my land this season. I have venison in the freezer and satisfied with how my season went. Looking forward to turkey and fishing.

Had the intentions of going out for a meat run this morning but this cold is kicking my butt. The blanket wouldnt let me leave.

I will be going out this afternoon, I promised a buddy some venison.

Wish I could say I was still out there. I hunt zone 6 and season is done. I am hoping to get out for some predator hunting though. There is definitely no shortage of fox or yotes in these woods.
