Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin Sous Vide

I love pork and this is interesting way of cooking it but not for me. Nothing beats slow cooked pork in the oven or better yet smoker. Dry rub overnight and then 12 hrs in the smoker. Nothing better than the flavor infused into this meat, juicy and tender with mouth watering thick, deep red bark. Sues Vide? Not for me
