Too many bucks to keep track of

Recommended Posts

As I'm scrolling through cam pics last night i realize there are a ton of bucks around! I seem to have more bucks than does at 2 of my spots.. which sucks, cause I don't want to hunt there Saturday to shoot a doe and screw it up.

I have another spot that's mostly does, but it's a high treestsnd and the steep shot with a recurve is not something I practiced..

Decisions decisions.

Alot of bucks at 1 spot are so similar I can't even count them, it would take forever to identify who is who.8f6eb856a84be2be8f6ff26c546e6e8a.jpg78055e27927f159d0684cca0d324f858.jpg0cf60c79482edd26c7be49ec746b3341.jpg4688d4f8fd5b08f1ae10f33942bc917a.jpg6f73f1924e552269a4b91f2975f992a4.jpg2b1dd30b785763d0ad47e53ef523c1a9.jpgd2e6ab3659a7a5af7dd8090f2e90976d.jpgcf9cfa83ccd3bff86d11643e70b074dc.jpgc9aaf5d912123fb468f5dccf5c022bde.jpg

Lol - it's a great problem if I had a buck tag for sat morning!

I'm gonna go and need to let nice bucks walk by 10 yards with a recurve in my hand and wait for a doe-shoot her only to disturb the whole place for opening evening..

Happens every year.

That's a nice problem to have but everything can change in just a few weeks...I for example have no bucks what so ever on my property all summer ( trail cam pictures) it's all does and fawns but then end of August it seems the pattern changes and all the bucks start showing up and does move off and I don't see many does. Then as the rut starts a get a good mix of does and bucks then by winter bow the bucks start to disappear as their antlers drop.
