Well I got out this morning before the rain. Did a good 5 Miles. Anyone get out this morning post some pics.

I was out but I was cutting wood not hiking.  I'd post pictures but people would make fun of me for the way I stack wood.

I went out after going to the landfill.  Should have went out first before the rain.  My dachshound didn't want to go more than 100 feet before giving me the look as if I was nuts, and locking up.

Nice rubs Jay. Do you hunt that area? Did you see any birds out there?

It looked great this morning so the plan was to make some venison sausage and then do some predator hunting. I am looking at the radar and I just may have to stay home and eat the sausage

I turkey hunt there, but never deer hunted it. I may setup Logan in that spot next fall. I saw couple birds on my drive around.

Funny, I had a Dachshound fpr 18 years and he just refused to go out if it was raining.

I miss that dog

Yes, unusually long, my kids grew up with this dog. Putting him down was one of the hardest things I had to do in my life.

And guess what, he wAs tolerant of cats:-)
