Friend shot a deer in new York, he needs just hind quarters butchered, the deer is skinned out....any butchers known that will do it?

He called Mitchell's in North Heldon who did it for him but refused this year

Hind quarters take less than a half hour to butcher correctly . Only thing easier is the back straps .

.should just do it himself

Super easy just chunk up and throw in grinder, easiest thing ever.👍

‘it’s 4 pieces of meat when sectioned out , and cleaned up .

I grind very little from the hinds .

cutlets , a roast and stew meat
