Until I have a fix, you can switch themes to Desktop at the bottom like Mike showed in the screenshots, click Ignore Forum and then switch back to the Responsive theme.

I disabled the ReportBot for now as I want to experiment with less invasive "bulk" updates that take over the frontpage.  Reports will still get posted, but they'll be lagged and likely fall under more recent topics on the frontpage.  You can always check them out in the Charter and Open Boat Fishing Reports forum though.

You should see the Ignore Forum button under any specific forum now on mobile devices with the responsive theme.
