I've done some for that long and they come out super tender. 

I may try 75 days next time just to see, although I've heard of people doing up to 200 days...

Ive done 50 70 and 42. You can really taste the difference between 42 and 50 but 50 to 70 not as much. A big difference in yield between 50 and 70
