I did but it's vague and shows older models... worst case I will goto cabelas from where I purchased it, I called they will do it

The Havoc is a Reverse Draw Crossbow. There should be no assembly to speak of. I'm confused. I have a Nitro X which is basically the same and it came fully assembled.

Maybe you thought of this but have you tried contacting Ten Point? Perhaps they can walk you through the process over the phone.

My Viper rs400 came mosly assembled, just needed to mount quiver & install the foot ring.  Unfortunately, it came with the wrong quiver mount parts.  Took me 4 weeks & 3 shipments to get the right mount kits sent by 10 point.

Oh, I wouldn't know. Never mounted one on any of my crossbows. I don't like the clutter.

Interesting you say that.  My tenpoint came fully assembled. This year I’ve been removing the quiver from the bow and hanging it on the tree hook while in my stand.

I always used a side quiver, with belt removed, and put it in my backpack. I never put any quivers on my bows.  Crossbows, recurves, and compounds. I have three TP quiver setups in my workshop that I never used. I keep them in the event I resell the bow.
