Pulled Venison

I made a Mississippi Pot Roast from the rear leg of a smallish doe I got this early bow season. It came out so tender that I decided to pull it and eat it like a pulled pork sandwich. Homemade BBQ sauce and Bread and Butter pickles with it. Was EXCELLENT.

I made it with the intention of eating it like a pot roast but found the sauce was too salty. It made a great braising liquid though. Next time I'm going to use less ranch dressing powder and make a gravy out of it.
