Smithville Inn  best prime rib I’ve ever had anywhere comes with Yorkshire pudding as it should

I made the Yorkshire pudding as per the Alton Brown recipe.
Nobody was impressed, maybe there is a better way to cook the pudding!

In my opinion it’s the hot beef aju that makes the Yorkshire puddings I also like to place a some carmelized onion on top of the puddings then pour the aju over top. That’s how they are ment to be eating

Me when it comes to prime rib 😂

Sous Vide it for 6-20hrs and finish with a blow torch or grill is by far the best way only followed by smoked.
