I thought you were kidding....didn't know a Mexican restaurant would serve prime rib. My dad lives across the street from there in George Washington Cemetery 😁. So I am in the area a few times a year.

Smithville Inn  best prime rib I’ve ever had anywhere comes with Yorkshire pudding as it should

I made the Yorkshire pudding as per the Alton Brown recipe.
Nobody was impressed, maybe there is a better way to cook the pudding!

In my opinion it’s the hot beef aju that makes the Yorkshire puddings I also like to place a some carmelized onion on top of the puddings then pour the aju over top. That’s how they are ment to be eating
