I'm a prime rib junky. Medium rare with lots of cap. Post your favorites. My favorite places in no particular order:

Lamppost - Vernon

Four Winds - Manasquan

Texas Roadhouse - Old Bridge

My favorite place to go would be Jorgensen's Inn, Stockholm sadly no longer around but I remember it was twice per month my father would take us all

Other then that I love how my prime rib comes out....wife and kids like prime rib medium rare myself I love it rare

I live in Old Bridge and never went there. Will keep it in mind.

Roadhouse? It's on the south bound side of Rt 9 at Ernston Road, Sayrewoods section

Prime Rib in my opinion is very easy to make and just about fool proof

I don’t believe the Texas road house in there anymore but there is one in homdel on hwy 35

I'm not far from there, and on their lunch menu they have an Open Prime Rib sandwich thats Awesome too!!

Total Prime Rib junkie here!! 

I like them smoked, oven-roasted, rotisseried, roasted over coals, bone-less, bone-in, bacon-wrapped, herb-crusted, butter-crusted, etc...

My wife and her friends always joke that they'd make a killing with a Prime Rib scented perfume 😂
