Looks Awesome! I love sausage gravy and biscuits!

You ever make *venison* sausage gravy using the country gravy recipe from the BBQ Pit guys? This is the breakfast they serve in heaven (or so I've heard ) .

This was actually left overs from yesterday batch lol.

Mazz, I make it very close to that recipe .

except I don’t use bullion or sage .

the sausage I use already has sage in it .

i use seasoning salt instead of the bullion , and red pepper flakes instead of cayenne

This is much better..lol I almost stopped at Slater's yesterday on my way to Atlantic Highlands for my favorite PEC breakfast

I love pork roll and cheese , egg ruins it .

I want twice as much meat instead of egg, rather home fries added .

BUT. 

ITS  nots better the B&G

I made venison sausage for breakfast this morning. My kids at 7 sausage patties so it was just eggs for me lol. I need to make venison sausage gravy. Yours looks delish

looks good hammer. i love 3 scramble eggs mixed in with porkroll and sausage in a bowl, butter toast as side. and of course OJ and black coffee. after that im ready to go.
