This guy looks like he got the snot beat out of him and actually got a gut puncture (thinking it just broke hide but not oozing anything).  I don't think it's a BH, hole is small and round, I think he got rammed broadside...  I have zoomed in on it, pretty sure I am correct. At least he is eating.    What say you?
