Thanks for the warm welcome guys. I took a break from hunting for a few years. I love bowhunting but had a few shoulder surgeries that prevented me from drawing a bow. I tried a crossbow but at the time it wasn't for me. I'm a little old school I guess, but I missed being in the woods. So, I just bought myself a H&R ultra slug and will be going out this season for the first time in 8 years. I'm also planning on getting another crossbow for next bow season. Life is to short to miss out on anything.

 

I guess you could say I'm addicted to togging. It was another reason I didn't go hunting. When I caught my first 10lber it was all over. I go as much as my wallet will allow. If anyone would like to go please let me know. I usually go to the highlands or Belmar, but last season I started going to Cape May. Less pressure and a better chance of catching bigger fish.

 

Now I can't wait for opening day of deer season. I'll be up in Sussex Co. somewhere near Stillwater.
