It was nice seeing some familiar faces again and meeting some new ones. And must also say I have met and became friendly with a great bunch of guys from here!

Some random pics from today. Lots of fun with great people. Thanks for the help guys getting that pile split, huge help trust me! 

I think there will be a memorial for Rusty's maul that finally broke after 20 years of service. 

3Blade broke both of the axes he brought along during the competition, no joke....

Rusty showing Jr where to hit the cherry rounds and provided expert knowledge as well as showing off his mad splitting skills. 

Our leader Matt and Jersey Jay himself are expert archers. One hell of a group I have to say! 

The goose meatballs were meant to be for sliders-they never made it to a roll. 

Weather turned out to be perfect and lots of beverages were had..

Awesome buck cake/brownie that ASFTAX made- Rusty proceeded to "cut the backstraps out of it"....

Good times indeed. More pics are sure to be posted. Thanks again to all that attended and contributed to the event.

I forgot about this! Did everyone realize that Paul Bunyon himself, a.k.a. Rusty wanted to eat it?? Not a joke...….(He had quite a few beverages just before he was about to do it) He said they were all "protein"
