Made the turkey cutlets this afternoon. The plate was a heaping dish of cutlets just from the breast alone from my bird. Fried half and baked the other half in the oven. When I tell you the kids were eating them before they were even cool that is no joke. I actually love the turkey cutlets better than pheasant cutlets because they are juicier and sweeter tasting.

Haha! Thanks Mike. I am bringing some for a guy at work who relieved me early on the opener because he wants to try it. Only a few pieces left!
