There was a big fishing club out of Newark that used to stock Stephens SP until not too many years ago, and they were likely responsible for any palominos stocked there.

I caught one there, probably 35-40 years ago.  First and last and WAYYYYYYYY smaller than yours, Hemlock - Awesome Fish!
