No lawyer needed...in the state of NJ if you rear end someone...even if they hit you from behind and you hit the person in front. You are Liable!!! So the claim should go through no problem.

My girl was stuck in traffic (stand still) on Rt.78 west....A car slammed into her, causing $7000 worth of damage which was fixed but she did sustain injuries, insurance from other driver refused any treatment and refused to pay for any medical expenses....She retained a lawyer from Hoboken, all of sudden the insurance company is paying for treatment and reimburstment of medical expenses....If fact today she is going for a nerve test

I know someone that was hit on a county road (t-boned). Car that hit him ran a stop sign.

Apparently , he was told NJ is "No fault state" and his insurance went up. Doesn't make sense to me
