can you share the recipe Dan?

we are using the LEM Backwoods trail bologna seasoning.

Just that mixed with the required water, and 20% pork fat.

 

we grind everything with the seasoning and fat added twice.

The use a sausage stuffer to put it in the cases .

you have to let it set 24 hours, then smoke it till it hits 165 degrees
