Did you take note of the water level in the Flatbrook River there or any other places you passed on the trip to Roy ?

 

The water level actually looked good surprisingly under the Roy bridge. We were looking for trout and saw over a dozen in the hole..

 

Obviously, not what the level should be though.

I noticed the water levels too.....when walking while hunting we went a lot deeper than we normally do because the swamps were dry......should make for some fantastic driving during 6-day

Under the bridge holds water because of the small rock dam  but it does not move , not surprised there are trout still there. my slant on it is because of the low water there is a mass amount of natural bait concentration so they are well fed. won't strike why not combine some fishing your next time there, Good luck this weekend, Bill
