Hunterdon Deer Butcher

Jimmy's operation is top notch I drive by multiple other butchers to drop my deer off to him. Dropped on off to him this morning

It's long hours for the butchers but early season if you get your deer a few minutes before shooting light ends, give it 30 minutes, track, field dress take it back to the truck and drive to a butcher it's been times I got to a butcher at 10 especially when hunting alone and no longer a young buck.

He's $110 for a basic cut. Same price as big dog.  Game butcher is $160 for a vacuum packed basic cut. I'd say that's probably the most expensive in the state.

I got to drop a deer off there for pork roll but I haven’t killed a deer yet.

Jimmy's Shop is the cleanest and most Organized shop I have ever seen! I have been to at least a dozen deer butchers in the past and No one even comes close to Hunterdon Deer Butcher. I go by 2 different deer Butchers on my way there to drop off a deer! No silver on the meat and you get your deer back not a combination of ground meat from other deer. Highly Recommend him!
