Year Of The Rabbit.

   This year,I have been seeing alot of Rabbits.  And plenty of Young Rabbits as well. 

   Welcome change it is. At the same time,I am seeing plenty of Skunk,Possum Road Kill.

Every year there are plenty of rabbits around this time of year. I see a lot early in the morning.   By hunting season a lot of them have been preyed on.  Rabbits run away from headlights, but if you're fast enough you may catch up to one before it gets the nerve to jump out of the light into the darkness

As Greybeard said, this time of year it’s difficult to tell how the population is doing because we just had our annual “rabbit hatch” and numbers are high for the moment. Fall numbers tell the real story.

I was thinking the same thing. I’ve got a few more in my yard this year.
