Fun day ice fishing

Nice day fishing, Ryan!  I read someplace you can soak them, I think in vinegar, to soften the bones so they are edible.

Talking about WWII,  my dad was also in, born 1923, and never talked about it until he was in his 90's.  There were some newspaper clippings, article in readers digest, love letters he saved that I got to read, but there is still another stack of love letters he taped up and sent home to his mother.  He wrote please do not open on the stack.  I'm still hesitant to open them after having them for 3 years, but they may tell a lot about himself in the war.  I don't know what I should do.  Count me in if you ever get together to go through stories
