Going in the dehydrator

Picked these yesterday in one of my secret spots had to play outlaw as the area is closed but got what I wanted. Now in the dehydrator at 110f for 8 hours

Drying mushrooms is more frustrating than meat. From a big pile you end up with a hand full. However, they end up with powerful flavor

Finished up, ended up with a half gallon mason jar full to use whenever I need them just need to reconstitute them in water
