From what I did it seemed to be. I like hard copies but they really are not needed apparently.

But wait.

Muzzle for single zone which is doe only is $28. Buck permit is another $28, rifle $12.50 so the total is $68.50. what else did you buy?

they are making it hard for the average joe to hunt anymore. your right if you add up everything you buy every year, it is alot of money to spend on a hobby. imagine the guys who do it all like, deer, fishing, pheasant, duck, turkey, bear. turning out to be big bucks

Unless it changed I think you can only shoot one buck during the muzzleloader season. You can purchase multiple zones and the buck tag is good for any of the zones.

Why two buck tags?? You can only take one buck for the entire Muzzle permit regardless of how many zones you buy the permit for.

There are no zones with two buck tags. I am surprised the system let him buy two buck tags

At store...27.50 for firearm hunting license(if you didn't have it), 28 for muzzy doe permit, 28 for buck stub, 10.50 for rifle permit.  $94 total...$66.50 for just muzzy permits.
