Covert customer service

It sucks! Called 5 times today on hold for at least 2 hours. Started calling at 10 am this morning. 

Left messages, no return call. 

Fine. My money spends elsewhere

They will call, yes it can be frustrating  and I've been where you are currently.  They have always returned my call

Tom they are swamped right now with the issues on the app update. Just use the chat feature. I haven’t waited more than 5 mins with it and they get whatever you need done. I have 7 2018 cams and 1 2019 and they are all working flawlessly.

Good luck Tom. I never had much luck with Coverts but my areas weren't conducive to ATT service.

I have two Covert's cams. When I have a problem I email them and I usually get reply within 24 hrs. The two problems I had they were able to resolve for me very quickly.

Originally they did not. Switched to Spartans and haven't looked back.

Covert customer service has gotten increasingly difficult to get someone on the phone, but they keep replacing cameras for me for free so I can’t complain. I bought a Spartan last year to compare, I bought three more. Spartans are the bomb!

I will have to check the spartans out. 

Do they do Verizon and Att?

Texts or through an app or portal?

Called Covert again, still no reply. 

I have been messing around with another cell cam by Vosker. 

So far so good. Will be going to the midwest next week

Spartans work with Verizon and ATT plus three other companies. If you have a verizon account you can add them for $5 each per month. They get there own Phone number.   You receive pictures through an APP. Go to www.SpartanGoCam.com for more information.

Cover was just bought out by Feradyne. 

Give them a little time during the transition. I am sure big changes are happening.

And they can be sent directly to your email. No need to go on the app....if you choose.

These Spartans cameras work so darn good it’s ridiculous. I’ve been running a few over a year without touching them except for a SD card change. I use a 6v battery box with a solar panel and just literally walk away for sometimes 6 months at a time and they just keep sending every picture. I have not had a failure yet, nor have I had to contact customer service. I use the AP it works great! They actually work exactly how  you imagined a cell camera should work .  My Coverts have been behaving  lately, but they just don’t compare to the Spartans. Good luck this year.
