Predator hunting

So have to admit while being in NJ ( 52 Years)...I have seen 2 coyotes...neither while hunting. I hunt Z 15 and have never seen one on stand or on camera. I see on many posts here, pictures of them along with a few kills. Going to ask, if anyone has a spot where you would let me in to possibly help (for yotes only) next season, please let me know. I never knew it was such a problem until this season. Would actually donate a week just to hunt them. To all those who have taken one or more....my hats off.

i hear coyotes almost every night. not once have i seen one during the day or while hunting.

I hear them once in a while in z19 and have been getting pictures of them at least once a week,going to try to hunt them this week !

Seems I've seen or heard them about half the time I've been out this year. And it's all in different spots. Go to Wharton - but there are everywhere. Of course, I have only ever called in a yote once (and I missed! ) It's when I'm not hunting them is when I see or hear them. Had one attack my turkey decoy last spring while turkey hunting - I was too stunned to get a shot off before it ran away. Still kicking myself - it was a black yote, too. Actually, it was a pretty canine.

Do you guys ever do one more north? Allentown NJ is so far from Warren county lol

We will be having meetings in Morris county if all goes well. However they aren’t nearly as big as the annual meeting. I’m coming down from Bergen County.

I agree. I thought Allentown was a town in PA. Who knew that there was an Allentown in NJ?
