I brought the Chimney about 6 above the cooking grate seems to be holding right wher I want with little adjustment I did put a front vent on the box as before I needed to leave the door partially ajar to draft enough air

Looks great, With what did you glaze the chicken?

 

I did some maple bourbon bacon BBQ sauce glaze on some thighs and breasts yesterday, turned out great, easy make too.

Brined in Apple Juice ,very little salt and Brown Sugar 24-36 hr

Then smoked no sauce for 1-1/2 - 2 hours then spritzed and sauced
