I am thinking a teriyaki sauce mixed in with meat, might give it a nice flavor as well... Maybe next time... Sky is the limit - chopped meat isn't just for chili, meatballs, meatloaf,  burgers and Bolognese anymore!

Those meat sticks look awesome, can you explain what you actually do to make them?

I gave the ingredients a few posts above. Make a meatloaf type of mixture, wrap it around string cheese on a stick. There are so many varieties of cheese sticks in the dairy section, just pick what you feel like having. I can say the mozzarella doesn't leak as much as cheddar or Colby jack cheese.    Just get the little bamboo skewers - and put the cheese stick on it and wrap in meat - and grill. Hard to screw it up.   Good luck

Yup I better, you're right..............Goose Meatballs............

we used to grind alot of geese. and added some beef suet to it for moisture, and a vandalia onion for a little more flavor .

made almost anything with it you could make with regular hamburger, and it was really good.

Goose chili was always a hit, so betting the meatballs are great

Love the goose meatballs...I cook them in the fry pan with garlic and olive oil only. Delicious and lots of protein...
