I dropped a skull off at Charlie's in the middle of November.  Might take about 3-4 months to get back, but I've seen his work and it's really good.  Depending on what you want, it might run about $100-$150.  Lots of options.

 

I recommend going to him.  He's right off Conklintown Road in Wanaque, near the high school.
