The Saddle River City Council decided Tuesday night against a resolution that would allow the mayor to issue weapon discharge permits.

The novelty wears off really fast.  I've been running these types of hunts for 20 years and the average guy doesn't last 2 years.  There's only so many deer that you can slaughter over a pile of corn before you lose interest.
