Goretex or Neoprene?

Past  2 sets of waders I purchased are Goretex ; I like them , but was thinking of trying Neoprene for a change. Which do you prefer and why?

Goretex.  Neoprene is too hot and doesn’t breathe.   Only time i use neoprene is cold weather duck hunting.

Any favorite brands?  I've seen them for 30 or 40 bucks up to several hundred.

Every set of neoprene I've ever had develops a leak in the seam within 2 seasons. From a 99 dollar pair to 500 dollar pair.  5 years ago I bought a set of breathable frog toggs for 120 and still no leaks but one of the buckles did come off just sewed it back on using power prow.

After using neoprene waders for years, once I went to breathable, I’ll never remotely consider going back to neoprene again.
