Fenders on ebike?

I’m about to jump into the ebike game and wondering what your thoughts are on fenders. I’m surprised that they don’t come with fenders installed.

Why wouldn't you?  Fenders on dirt bikes, fenders on e-bikes used in the dirt, right?  Unless you're never going anywhere wet.

You definately need them.front fender will keep mud out of your face,rear will keep it off your back and any gear you might have on back if you have a cargp rack.must buy for sure

Look at the fat runner fenders/mud guards. Simple to install, lightweight and reasonably priced. Works great for me in whatever those tires go through.

Makes total sense to me to have fenders. I’ve never done any dirt biking or mountain biking. Thanks to all for confirming what I figured to be the case.

Never put mine on. Normally don’t go for a bike ride in the rain though.

You don’t get your truck muddy , so who would expect you to get your bike dirty .

Don’t use it for hunting only for pleasure on nice days.  I walk to all my hunting spots to get some extra exercise.

I doubt it’s about exercise, boots are easier to clean the mud off than the bike is lol

Very true!   
 

Just  not worth transporting and using where I hunt, not that far of a walk to my spots.
