My son went with two friends today and enjoyed the beautiful weather.

Spoke to him earlier he said it was fun. Lab is a pup and a duck hunter so he said she was running way ahead and pushing birds too far in front. My son first time bird hunting so he had fun.

He said he was going to rabbit hunt after they left Hunts. He’s been dying to shoot a rabbit. I miss those days rabbits were my favorite.

They shot 10 total out of 18 they put out. Not so good for them and I had said to my son “I’m sure whoever came in behind you did very well”. The lab was just pushing birds way ahead of them so it made it hard. Plus my son never bird hunted so his skills were not very good. lol. He did say he knocked one down and than it ran and he couldn’t find it. He said he had a lot of fun.
