Bear snack sticks.

Did some bear snack sticks today in 17mm casings. Was around 33 lbs and total length around 220’. Will smoke half with Jack Daniels whiskey barrel chips tomorrow and the other half with cherry would. Got some apple wood left from making summer sausages so might use that if only a third of the batch fits into the smoker.

A good way to use the bear meat.   I could eat a whole bear in a week that way!
