My family had a place in Wells years ago also.  Beautiful up there.  Last time I was there was in 1993.

Wells hasn't changed  much since 1993. I'm just down the road in Edinburg on the Great Sacandaga.  Its our 50th season and the view across the lake has not changed at all

Do the Hunts still own most of the town? Hotel, gas station etc,  I’m sure  the Sea Biscuit Tavern is gone by now.  The man who owned that back in the day was originally from Freehold.

I don't know anything about the Hunt family. My camp is on Great Sacandaga Lake. The Sea Biscuit is closed.
