Limitless with Chris Hemsworth

Started watching a really cool show last night called Limitless.  It was done by National Geographic, but can be watched on Disney+ too.  It features Chris Hemsworth going all over the world and trying different techniques inorder to improve the quality of his life and perhaps increase longevity. The first episode was about controlling your emotions and fears and had him dealing with extreme situations like some of the Australian Special Forces underwater tests, battling fires at a fire academy and then lastly walking across a crane about 1000ft over Sydney.  I think the next episode has him doing cold exposure, etc in the Arctic.  Very cool if anyone is interested.
