I noticed when I typed it originally, my browser tries to correct me to NJ instead of NY.  But when you click the link above it should take you to the NY site.

Nope, I clicked on both, th old one and the new one. Tried typing it in too and that didn't work. Probably has something to do with the microsoft settings, which I have no clue how to play with. I'll try Firefox later.

Yeah something may be cached somewhere doing that, not sure.  It will eventually work itself out (cache expires).  You can also try a private window in IE/Edge.
