BowhunterNJ
I smelled this last night here in Burlington county, definitely smelled like a forest fire when I first caught a whiff. Don't think they have it all put out yet, spread over 1500 acres...but rain coming so that should help! Smell from fire in Wharton State Forest carries to Philadelphia, NYC
Palawman30
I don't mind the smell but someone has to catch all those fleeing Pineys before they make it across the river..... Haskell_Hunter
Better than the smell of Newark in the summer. Sapere aude. Audeamus. When you cannot measure, your knowledge is meager and unsatisfactory.
jerseyhunter
I heard about the fire this morning on the news but when I went out I thought someone had their fireplace going. Now I see they could smell it all the way to NYC, I'm only 15 miles SW of there, wasn't strong but enough to know something was burning somewhere. My neighbors probably thought it was me smoking something again.
