How much bandwidth can I get to the property?  They never list this under "utilities".  Does it have a whole-house generator? I didn't see a propane tank, so this is a single-power home?  No power redundancy?

High speed internet available, the owner is tech guy as well....

It's Mary's listing, Im doing the open house, trying to get some action from the hunting community because of the lot it sits on. I live close by, and know the area well. My favorite river to fish, the musky, can be walked to from this house, then a few 100 yards and your at the boat ramp for the delaware, not to mention the great deer and turkey this area holds.....

I wasn't sure if they opened up that area or not.  I know at one time you could not hunt below 78.  I live too far north to worry about that.  But I have seen some bears in Holland Twp. as well as right across the river in Pohatcong Twp.  My beloved Musconetcong River, that is.

Good luck with the listing, rossbowhutner.  Looks like a nice property.  And that part of the state feels more like PA than NJ which is a good thing.
